Prepare for your conversation
Describe what happened and how you might initially approach it. Don't worry about perfect wording.
Protect privacy: do not enter employee names, confidential health information, or other identifying details. When requesting SBI suggestions or AI rehearsal, scenario and dialogue are sent to the configured AI service. Do not include identifying details.
Shape your feedback
Get editable suggestions grounded in the situation and draft you entered. Impact comes only from the impact you described in Prepare. Suggestions fill blank fields only; clear a field to request a new suggestion for it.
Rehearse the conversation
Adjust your employee's response style. Try combinations rather than assuming all difficult responses look alike.

Dictation records up to 60 seconds and sends audio to OpenAI for transcription when stopped.
AI-generated responses require a configured Netlify backend. Natural voice playback requires the speech endpoint. Dictation uses your microphone and server-side audio transcription. This version is turn-based, not interruptible full-duplex voice.
Generating a debrief sends the conversation transcript to the configured AI service.
